Depending on the owner’s preference, BFC would be willing to take a direct, day-to-day management role in the business. We are 100% committed to preserving the owner’s legacy and doing right by the company’s employees and customers.

  • Industry of Interest: Tree Services / Arbor Care

  • Owner(s) seeking sale of majority interest

  • Based in the continental United States

  • Excellent reputation in the local community

  • Annual Revenue: $3 million - $30 million

  • Annual Cash Flow: $1 million - $10 million

  • Long track record of relatively stable or growing cash flows
